QC photos for reps: how to check QC on SuperBuy
QC photos (quality control pictures) are warehouse shots of the parcel you actually bought—not the seller’s marketing gallery. For reps QC, treat spreadsheet thumbnails and Discord qc pics as hints only; the decision happens after SuperBuy uploads intake photos to your order ticket.
Seller glam vs SuperBuy QC photos
- Listing / rep spreadsheet row — often heavily edited, wrong lighting, sometimes not the batch you receive.
- SuperBuy QC — plain background, multiple angles, shows stitching, logos, insoles, tags, and packaging you will ship.
There is no magic qc checker or qc finder that replaces your eyes. If a tool promises instant pass/fail on every SKU, treat it as entertainment—not a refund policy.
How to check QC (practical checklist)
- Compare warehouse photos to the listing you pasted—colorway, model name, size label.
- Zoom defects: glue, symmetry, embroidery, print cracks, wrong tags.
- Ask for extra angles in the ticket if one photo hides a flaw (policy/time limits apply).
- Decide GL (green light ship) or RL (red light—exchange/cancel) before export; see FashionReps terms.
Good QC means “acceptable to you at this price,” not “1:1 perfection.” Community item QC albums can help calibrate expectations but never override your ticket photos.
